Working group to create math problems on the climate crisis theme.
This is a working group created after the workshop Climathics held in Les Diablerets November 2022. We will be meeting on Thursdays 9-10am here starting January 2023 to create math problems with themes related to the climate crisis. So far, the program is:
Gini coefficient
Carbon footprint
Biodiversity equations
Game theory
Don't hesistate to contact me or join a session if you are interested, even if you know absolutely nothing on the above topics. I will be posting here finalized problem sheets.
